Mission

At the HUS Foundation we are dedicated to the fulfillment of the following purposes:

• Educate the general public on Hemolytic Uremic Syndrome and Atypical Hemolytic Uremic Syndrome.
• Aid in the research and development of an infant/child’s plasmapheresis machine.
• Aid in providing families suffering from Hemolytic Uremic Syndrome, and other rare blood and kidney disorders, with support.
• Aid in the scientific research of treatments and cures for Hemolytic Uremic Syndrome and other rare blood and kidney disorders.
• Spread the word on the importance of giving blood and plasma for the benefit of those that get diagnosed with Hemolytic Uremic Syndrome and other rare blood and kidney disorders.
